1) Who we are and what these Terms cover
The website is owned by Momus2006 N.V. (Curaçao, Company No. 138347) and operates under a gaming licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (licence OGL/2024/550/0264) under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance. Payment processing is handled by Momus2006 Ltd. (Cyprus) and Momus2006 LP (United Kingdom). In these Terms, “Pledoo”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator(s), and “you” refers to the player and registered account holder.
The current version is v. 2.9, last updated January 8, 2026. We may update these Terms when needed. If changes are introduced, we will notify you before the updated version takes effect. Continued use after that point means you accept the revised Terms.
2) Eligibility, location rules, and restricted territories
You must be 18+ to use Pledoo. It is your responsibility to ensure online gambling is legal where you are located and that you meet local age requirements. Access may be restricted for residents of certain jurisdictions, and attempting to use the platform from a restricted territory (including via VPN/Proxy/TOR or similar tools) can result in account limits or closure.
3) Account rules and player obligations
You may register one account only. Duplicate accounts (including cases linked by shared details such as device, IP, household signals, or other identifiers) can lead to bets being voided and the account being restricted. Your account must be used only by you, for personal entertainment purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Any activity performed with the correct credentials may be treated as valid. Pledoo will never request your password.
You must provide accurate personal information. If details are incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, the account may be limited until verification is completed. In some cases, Pledoo may request additional checks (including video verification). Using funds of illegal origin, stolen payment instruments, collusion, chip dumping, forged documents, or any other fraudulent behaviour can result in suspension, closure, and confiscation of related winnings or funds where permitted by applicable rules.
Communication with Pledoo staff must remain respectful. Abusive behaviour can lead to termination of service.
4) Deposits, withdrawals, and fees
Deposits can be made using the payment methods shown in the cashier. Minimum and maximum amounts depend on the method and currency. Deposits may include provider fees, which are displayed during the deposit flow.
Withdrawals are processed only to the registered account holder and may be paid to the last deposit method or via bank transfer. Funds labelled as bonus balances are not withdrawable, and requesting a withdrawal may cancel any active bonus. Security checks may apply, especially for larger withdrawals or when risk signals are detected, and verification may be required before payout.
Withdrawal limits are set by time period and currency. For example, for CAD the limits are shown as:
- C$4,350 per day
- C$14,500 per week
- C$43,500 per month
- C$217,500 per year
Pledoo may apply certain operational rules, such as limiting how many withdrawal requests can be active within a 24-hour window, and may charge fees for unsuccessful withdrawals caused by incorrect payment details or other avoidable issues. Where turnover rules apply, attempting to withdraw without meeting minimum play-through requirements may result in a percentage fee being applied to the requested withdrawal amount.
Chargebacks are treated seriously. If a payment provider reports a dispute on a deposit that has already been used on the platform, the account may be blocked and a chargeback amount plus a penalty fee may be deducted where applicable.
5) Bonuses, cashback, and fair play
Bonuses and promotions come with their own conditions, such as minimum deposits, wagering requirements, maximum allowed bets while a bonus is active, eligible games, and expiry periods. Bonus abuse is treated as fraud and includes behaviour such as creating multiple accounts to claim offers, exploiting limits, or using prohibited gameplay patterns with active bonuses. If the rules are breached, Pledoo may cancel bonuses and void winnings connected to the violation.
Cashback, when available, is calculated automatically under defined rules and may have limits on how much can be withdrawn from cashback-derived winnings.
6) Sportsbook rules (high level)
Sports bets are valid only once accepted and recorded. Odds may change, and if a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to an obvious error, Pledoo may void it or settle it at the corrected odds. Fraud-related behaviour—such as arbitrage, collusion, insider information, or multiple accounts—can lead to bets being voided, winnings withheld, and accounts suspended or closed. The use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or third-party software that provides an unfair advantage is prohibited.
Cash Out may be available on some bets, but it is not guaranteed for every market and is calculated based on live odds at the moment of the request.
7) Responsible gaming and account limits
If you want to limit your gambling, Pledoo supports cool-off periods and self-exclusion. Once an exclusion is applied, access to games and key account functions may be blocked for the selected period. For account closure or longer restriction requests, you may be asked to contact the security team following the process described in the Responsible Gaming and support sections. For important requests, Pledoo notes that messages should be sent directly (not forwarded or copied) to reduce the risk of delivery issues.
8) Emails, security, and official communication
Pledoo may send service notifications and marketing messages. Official emails are sent from domains ending in @pledoo.com, @pledoo.net, @pledoo.org, or @pledoo.info. If a message looks suspicious or uses a domain with unusual characters, you should treat it with caution.
9) Inactive accounts
An account may be considered inactive after 12 months without activity while holding a real-money balance. In such cases, a maintenance fee may be charged monthly, and a notification email may be sent when a fee is applied.
10) Legal framework, liability, and termination
Use of the services is at your own risk. The platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Pledoo may restrict, suspend, or close accounts where it believes Terms are breached or where risk and compliance checks require it. If violations are considered an attempt to cheat the platform, Pledoo may confiscate winnings and deposits as permitted under these Terms.
For legal purposes, rules related to gameplay are governed by Curaçao law, while payment collection and transaction matters are governed by Cyprus law, with disputes generally handled by the courts specified for those areas.
